At Ink and Print Studio, we strive to provide you with the best printing experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order or return a product.

1. Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within a day you order, provided production or pre-processing has yet to begin. Please immediately contact our customer support team at +91 81432 90307 to cancel your order.

  • Once production or pre-processing has started, orders cannot be canceled, and payment will be processed in full.

2. Returns and Refunds:

  • We accept returns or/and refunds in the following situations:

    • Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us at +91 81432 90307. Note: Unboxing Packaging video is mandatory.

    • Incorrect orders: If we have made an error in processing your order (e.g., wrong item, incorrect quantity), please get in touch with us at +91 81432 90307.

    • To request a return or/and refund. Note: Unboxing Packaging video is mandatory.

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Used pieces will not be accepted in case of any damages and can only be received by us in original packaging.

  • Please allow 7-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Note: Unboxing Packaging video is mandatory.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or damaged products or incorrect orders caused by our error. Note: Unboxing Packaging video is mandatory.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer exchanges for any of our products.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Returns and Cancellation Policy. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Disclaimer:

Errors in Printing: Minor imperfections may exist due to the nature of the product. Slight variations are inherent in the manufacturing of such products and should be expected. Due to the many variations in computers, smartphones, and browsers, colors may appear differently on different electronic screens. As a result, a slight shade variance between the product images on the website and the product should be expected. While we ensure that the color tones in the samples or website images on your computer/phone screen match your final printed cards, there may be minor variations. This shall not be considered a mistake in the final order you received and consequently does not qualify for replacement or refund.

If the text on the printed materials you received differs from the final proof you approved for print, please email us at info@inkandprintstudio.com with your order number and pictures of the other parts. In such an instance, once we verify the differences in the text you highlighted, we shall send you the replacement for the specific cards or their components at our cost, including shipping. However, the time to replace them will be similar to that taken earlier while processing and shipping that order.
